My name is Chris Hambleton and I mostly write fiction novels, but may someday be venturing into nonfiction work. I’m a software developer by trade, and writing provides a nice break from the sometimes-mundane projects I find myself working on.
The book I’m currently working on is “The Castors of Giza”, an epic novel that details the drama and construction of the Great Pyramid of Khufu. The website for the book is already available and provides a wealth of information about how the pyramid was constructed: CastorsOfGiza.com
My first published book, “The Time of Jacob’s Trouble,” chronicles the lives and adventures of an Israeli family that suddenly finds itself in the midst of the Great Tribulation. In 2011, this book was re-written and re-released as a trilogy.
The second novel, “Endeavor in Time,” is about a computer programmer who suddenly finds himself thrown back into 1992, before cell phones, the Internet, and widespread personal computers. How did we ever get anything done back then?
My third book was “The Cell – Twilight’s Last Gleaming” about the underground church in America that emerges as the nation continues its decline into anarchy and chaos, and organized Christianity becomes surpressed.
As for future novels, I have planned an epic series that chronicles the Antediluvian Age, the Flood, and the centuries that followed up to the time of Abraham (namely, the Ice Age).
My current non-fiction work is EzekielWatch.com which tracks the latest news and developments in the Middle East, along with a comprehensive study of the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy: the future invasion of Israel.
Other non-fiction works and articles are planned, but those haven’t come to fruition yet. Fiction is much more fun to write…
